How many credits does one AI dance video use?
A five-second 480P video uses 1 credit. A five-second 768P video uses 2 credits. You choose the resolution before generation.
Do new accounts receive free credits?
No. New accounts start with 0 credits, so you need the one-time Starter pack or a monthly plan before your first generation.
What happens to my credits if generation fails?
A failed generation is designed to return the credits reserved for that job automatically. A successful result is not refundable only because you dislike the output.
Who processes the payment?
Stripe hosts checkout and processes the payment details. This service records the purchase and credit grant but does not store your full payment-card number.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. Creator and Studio renew monthly and can be canceled from your account to stop future renewals. The Starter pack is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
