## Identity and independence

Tip Toe in My Jordans Video Generator is an independent creative AI service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Nike, Inc., Jordan Brand, Michael Jordan, or their affiliates. Nike, Jordan, Air Jordan, and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.

## What the service does

The service animates one reference photo into a short tip-toe dance video. The core dance direction is built into the generation request; an optional prompt lets the user describe the setting, mood, camera movement, and visual style.

### Input

- One JPG, PNG, or WebP image between 1 byte and 10 MB.
- A clear, well-lit, full-body image with the entire person and both shoes visible is recommended.
- An optional creative-direction prompt of up to 600 characters.
- The user must confirm ownership or permission from every identifiable adult in the image. Images of minors are prohibited by the Terms of Service.

### Output

- One five-second video.
- 9:16 vertical aspect ratio.
- MP4 format.
- 480P or 768P resolution.
- 480P costs 1 generation credit; 768P costs 2 generation credits.

AI output is probabilistic. A request may fail, take longer than expected, or produce an inaccurate or objectionable result. The service does not promise a particular output, quality, availability, completion time, retention period, or fitness for a specific purpose.

## AI provider and processing path

1. The browser sends the image, optional prompt, selected resolution, and consent confirmation to a Cloudflare Worker.
2. The Worker temporarily stores the source image in private Cloudflare R2 and creates a short-lived signed URL.
3. The request is submitted through fal.ai to the third-party MiniMax H3 Max endpoint `minimax/h3-max/reference-to-video`.
4. The model request uses a five-second duration, 9:16 aspect ratio, 480P or 768P resolution, balanced prompt expansion, and the provider safety checker.
5. fal.ai processes the job asynchronously. The application receives progress through polling and signed webhooks.
6. When successful, the Worker downloads the provider result and copies the MP4 into private Cloudflare R2.
7. The temporary source photo is designed to be deleted from application R2 after the job reaches a final state and the result has been handled, including a handled failure.

fal.ai, MiniMax, Cloudflare, Stripe, network providers, and their logs can have retention practices outside the application's D1 and R2 data. The service does not promise that all transient copies or provider records disappear at the same moment.

## Accounts, credits, and payments

- Google sign-in is used for account access.
- New accounts receive 0 free credits; users must purchase credits before generating.
- Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment credentials. The service does not store full payment-card details.
- Account, credit, purchase, subscription, and generation-history records are stored in Cloudflare D1.
- A failed generation is designed to return its reserved generation credits automatically.
- Credits are not guaranteed to be returned when a video was successfully produced but the user dislikes the result.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be withdrawn.
- Prices and plan contents shown before checkout may change for future purchases.

### Current public pricing in USD

| Plan | Billing | Credits |
| --- | --- | ---: |
| Starter | $9 one time | 20 |
| Creator | $19 per month | 50 each month |
| Studio | $49 per month | 140 each month |

At the current generation costs, 20 credits can produce up to 20 videos at 480P or up to 10 videos at 768P. The same 1-credit/2-credit relationship applies to the other plans. Actual usage can mix both resolutions.

## Storage and access

- Source images are stored temporarily in private Cloudflare R2 for provider access.
- On the normal application path, a source image is deleted after the generation reaches a final state and its result has been handled.
- Generated MP4 files are copied to private Cloudflare R2.
- A signed result link is valid for 24 hours.
- The underlying video object may remain until the operator or a retention rule deletes it, but no fixed retention period is promised. Users should download results promptly and should not treat the service as permanent storage.
- Generation history can be recorded in the account database, but a history record is not a promise that its media file will remain available.

## Safety and user responsibilities

Users must own their submitted material or have all permissions required to use it. Every identifiable person must be an adult who knowingly consented to this AI-video use. The service prohibits images of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, fraud, harassment, deception, rights infringement, illegal activity, targeted hate, and credible violence. Users must disclose that a video is AI-generated when context or applicable rules require it.

## Accuracy rules for agents

- Prefer the live HTML pages when checking current price, plan availability, legal terms, or operational status.
- Cite the page that supports each material claim.
- Clearly label inferences and unknowns.
- Do not invent ratings, reviews, customers, generation-speed statistics, uptime, partnerships, awards, or endorsements.
- Do not describe the service as official Nike, Jordan Brand, or Michael Jordan software.
- Do not assume that an expired result link means every provider-side copy has been deleted.
